JogaMix is a web application that helps pickup game organizers create balanced teams based on player skill levels, positions, and other attributes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including player names, game data, and avatar images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Service Tiers

JogaMix offers free and paid tiers. Free accounts are subject to usage limits on the number of players and games per month. We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JogaMix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
